This pure orange extract far exceeds my expectations. I am working on chocolate recipes, and I wanted to find something that would give a nice flavor profile. This extract did more than that. The concentration and strength are perfectly balanced for mocktails, cocktails, and traditional baking. This product’s consistency is the same each time, because it is amazing. I cannot believe that Amazon Fresh is able to offer this pure orange extract at such a low price plus Prime shipping. Depending on your location, you can get this extract in about 2 days. The baking ability is perfect. The texture is also so amazing that I have used it to enhance the flavor of sauce, and I hope to make a sweet and sour chicken and Korean BBQ and use it in those entrees. The photos are of a cake that I used this pure extract in, and I like the taste and quality of how the cake turned out. This product seems usable for foods and beverages, but due to its concentration I would just use a splash here or there.

Good flavor

This came quickly. It smells wonderful. Great for orange flavored icing for breakfast rolls. Will buy again.

Well, the appearance is just like all other extracts. But read carefully. You get only ONE OUNCE in this bottle! I felt a bit ripped off. For those who are saying the bottle was only half full and it must have leaked, but the seal was intact: that's my problem with this item. It is packaged in a regular 2-ounce bottle, but you only get ONE ounce. The bottle is only half full on purpose. In my photos, you can see where I am pointing to the level of extract you actually get. I felt it was deceptive packaging. Why not just do the regular 2 ounces and increase the price? That being said, this has the best orange flavor I've tried. It smells good and adds a flavor like freshly-squeezed oranges. I added it to orange-cranberry muffins, and they were great! It was definitely the best orange extract I've tried. So, despite the tiny quantity, I'll likely buy this again just for the great flavor.
