The large item is ideal for medium types of muffins I have become Muffin Queen so I have reordered this product accordingly!

I found these reduced to clear in a kitchen shop so bought a couple of packs to give them a try. These hold their shape and release from sweet or savoury mixes very well. The 'Large' size is perfect for a cupcake - a bit bigger than a fairy cake case but not as tall as Lakeland's cupcake/muffin cases. If you want a bigger muffin case, go for the 'Jumbo' size. They are unbleached so have a nice handmade indie cafe look. Highly recommend this product on performance alone so the impeccable eco-credentials are an added bonus.

This brand has been available for an age in other countries but only recently it seems made a proper UK appearance. Simple, no fuss, no nasty chemicals in them to transfer to your muffins, easier to remove from the casing without leaving anything behind (unlike so many other muffin cases out there)! The best that we've found. Why make such a fuss over something so simple!? ..we try our damndest when baking to make top quality baked goods using the best ingredients available, whether free-range, unbleached or "whatever" often to make a good "loaded" muffin it means a wetter bake & a muffin that is briefly microwave heated prior to eating in order to bring out more flavour & improve the "experience" ..sounds daft but it works, ..I don't drink cold tea I don't eat cold muffins (unless they're iced). Try them if you are a decent "from scratch" baker & make your own mind up, we were that impressed upon finding these we HAD no option but to order them by the case (thousands) ..it was an easy decision based on results. So we are happy to see these as regularly available boxes!

Making muffins

One word, FABULOUS!!

A friend of mine gave me these a year or so ago and I won't use any other cupcake liners after that, I always use these. These are actually cheaper than other cupcake liners , but with other liners you have to use too and with this you only use one . These are a very nice thickness, they have never leaked, I have used them for candies, cupcakes, brownies and more and nothing sticks to the paper. I have also used them for homemade beauty products, lotion bars soap bars and more The only mess I have to clean up is if I drop some batter on the pan. Otherwise I never have to wash muffin pans, which is wonderful I highly recommend them and I will continue to buy them
