Better than expected.
Just started using 3 days ago. Much better hearing than with $4000 Signia or $6000 Phonak. Pros: Quick & easy setup. Quick connect to Bluetooth. Hearing test simple. So far comfortable. Cons: Aids not marked to easily tell left from right. A bit bulky. No choice of colors. Beige would be a better neutral color for most people. But the main thing: I can understand what people are saying at a reasonable distance! Correction: the Aids are identified on the receivers - blue for left, red for right. But the domes cover those markings.

Great hearing aids for the price
Hearing aids are reasonably priced and work very well. Set up was easy and they paired to my phone with no issues. Would definitely recommend these hearing aids to a friend. I am very pleased.

Great Sound
Great hearing aids. Sound is excellent. The app is very basic, but functionable. I just tested some expensive aids that cost 4 times the price and these Vivtone are much higher quality. No hissing or echoes. Buying a second pair for my wife. George

I've tried 3 different types. This is the best value
Absolutely the best value I've experienced so far. I have tried 2 sets of in the ear style. They were tinny in sound quality, and actually couldn't go low enough in volume level. I have a mild loss in my left ear of 15 decibels between 2k and 4k. Right ear is o.k. the battery life from an in the ear model was only about 6 hrs .. And that's with Bluetooth off. Not good. So, I charged them, put them in, and holy crap ! Waay more comfy. I'm hoping the Battery life will be good for at least 12 hours. I probably could have waited to write this to evaluate the battery life, but, I am so excited about the performance I just had to write this review now. I did the included hearing test with the app for both ears, and it automatically applied it. It is very accurate, with more frequencies to individually test, and adjust than the others. Once it adjusted, all I had to do was turn the volume up to the best level. They fit easily, without any squalling, and the sound quality is pretty natural. My brother got hearing aids from a local hearing center, and paid 6800 dollars. He has the same hearing loss as I do. We switched for 2 days, and neither of us could tell the difference. Love these. Update... After a month with these, I can say that the battery life is easily all day with Bluetooth off. With it on, and using them as headphones connected to my phone or laptop, they still will go 6 to 8 hours

UPDATE After review, received better support and free ear guards
PLEASE READ THE UPDATES When the hearing aids work, they work fine. There are frequent software updates and each update resolves issues or improves quality, so be aware that the company works on quality control of their product. HOWEVER: I am taking away stars because of customer service. It is absolutely unprofessional. They read a part of the subject line or enough of the start of your message to understand "I am a customer with a problem" but not beyond that, and will ignore relevant information you provide. It has been a MONTH of emails back and forth, and so far I haven't been able to RMA the left hearing aid which has an obvious defect that can't be fixed by software. My documented steps to trouble shoot and identify the problem are regularly ignored and they reply with solutions I said I tried. So unprofessional. They also have a support chat on their website that is a chat bot which doesn't actually help at all but waste your time. I am giving them another week before I look for a refund. I hope I don't need this because the devices are great when they work. If I request a refund, it is entirely because I can't get support. UPDATE 08/24 After I posted this review, Customer Support reached out to me again to apologize and started the return-for-repair process for the left hearing aid. And they also sent additional ear guards free of charge. I am still waiting to get my hearing aid back so I can tell if they are fixed. I am adding a star because they seem to realize how important reading our communications means to getting good service. UPDATE 08/26 I received the replacement hearing aid. I charged it and made sure the app was updated. Then I went through the hearing test and device optimation. Both aids work GREAT. In fact, I am seriously considering ordering another set as a backup. I am giving 5 stars because the product support has improved. They are now listening to their customers and actually reading customer product messages. I really wish I didn't have to spend over a month of communication until RMA and being questioned when I knew the product was a hardware issue. With the replacement, this only confirmed it was hardware related. 5 stars because they are improving and doing it quickly. Their software gets better over a short period of time with regular updates and their service has improved over a month. And the product is great for my level of hearing loss.

Vivtone hearing aids put you in control
I picked the Vivtone aids due to the ability to self test, and self adjust the settings and thus save the very high cost of professional sales and service operations. I have been so pleased to hear so much better and at such a big cost savings! The adjustment app and settings is some trouble on my 4 year old Android phone, but it does just what I hoped it would. If you like to take control yourself and don't mind tinkering a bit, these hearing aids are probably for you too. Oh yes, I would not the portable recharger was a surprise extra. Sturdy, and useful for travelling recharges.

Would buy again, Bluetooth connectivity a little suspect.
Pro’s: #1 Customer Support, independent ear functionality, charging case, HA-fit app; ease of use for novice user, hearing evaluation test, automatically adjust to evaluation results, 3 sound modes, MPO control, volume control. Comfortable fit. Con’s: battery life, but charger is helpful in this regard. (About 12-14 hours consistently before needing a charge), Bluetooth connectivity, disconnects often for no reason, inability to purchase additional tubes from Vivtone, as they are not in production at this time. Overall, I would buy again, as it fits my needs.

Many features of aids that others charge thousands of dollars for. .
It's easy to customize for a natural sound. They're comfortable to wear a practically invisible. It's really great to hear equally from both ears again. A fantastic product that's affordable.
