Repeat buyer!
This is my second one. My 1st one lasted almost 10 years! When it finally died on me I knew I wanted the same one again. I wasn't sure if they still made them. So when I looked it up on Amazon I was so excited! This is such a durable and handy vac. It's easy to clean out, has great suction and the best thing is the nozzle with the flexible hose. Makes quick spot cleaning without dragging out the big vacuum.

Delightful little mini vac.
Now, this is not a standard vacuum with a ton of suction. It does really well for small projects that does not have embedded dirt that would require a heavy duty real vacuum. The sooner you accept this for what it is the happier you will be. I have mostly lament flooring that is often covered in loose dog hair and dirt. This little sucker does well for that. I have a 1200 sq ft home and I can easily get half of it cleaned up with this before it dies. The floor attachment is really great, it works best on hard surfaces. I love the extension hose. I purchased this mainly for my craft room to suck up odds and ends of thread and fibers and I've been using this for so much more. I wish the charge time was shorter and the actual usable time longer but the portability is well worth it.

The floor attachment actually works nice, its like a sweeper
I purchased the traditonal BLACK + DECKER CHV1410L 16 volt Lithium Cordless Dust Buster Hand Vac back in Sept. Quality product also, but the suction arm makes it difficult to get into tight places.I just got this 16 volt flex yesterday and am impressed. I didn't want to spend the $$ for the 20volt. The 16 volt is basically a dust buster with a flexible hose. The floor attachment actually works nice, its like a sweeper. People need to realize these are not Vacuums, but rather dust busters and for easy quick cleaning. I mostly purchased it to clean out my jeep jk. I will use it every other day, for just a quick 2 minute "clean" of dog hair, grass from soccer fields, and other dirt. Works perfect for this and helps you keep your car/truck clean with obvious dirt debris moved. Its very light, and In my opinion if you are doing a job that lasts longer than 5 minutes anyway, you probably need to use a real vacuum. They are just great to quickly grab, when you have a minute before the kids/ or after the kids get out of the car, and do a quick once over the vehicle.

A good suck from this Vac!!
I bought this mainly to have a decent cordless to do quick cleaning in my car. I know the 20v may last longer but I had no problems cleaning my entire interior and even started with the seats first, then the floor, then I hit my floor mats too and it never died out on me!I've since used the floor attachment though I didn't expect it to be all that on my bedroom carpet, it doesn't exactly glide well and also doesn't have great suction but it did the entire 14 x 12 room and I used the crevice tool to get cobwebs, above doors dust, and my curtains too..never died out after a good 20 minutes. So I am very happy with it. I just bought it for an easy cordless "quick" clean in my car and it's gone well beyond what I needed. Only used it 3 total times now but charge has lasted and it's not the most powerful suction but does a great job on everything I've cleaned up thusfar! I love mine!!

Handy but a bit underpowered
Handy size/shape and I like the cordless operation. Holds charge well, so far (several months in). Suction power is a little low. Works nicely on bare floor and similar hard surfaces. Does a passable job getting debris off of a low-pile carpet (area rug, car upholstery). I got this primarily to use for vacuuming out vehicles. It's very convenient but not as powerful as I'd like.

NOT WORTH A CRAP
I'm disappointed in this one. I have an older one that's 12volt and I loved it. It had about twice the sucking power that this one has. Besides not having much suck, the smaller filter in it clogs up in no time. The old one has a thing that fits inside the filter with a thumb knob outside that when you dumped the dirt out you turned the knob a few times and it rubbed a couple of plastic finger things around the inside of the filter causing most of the fine dirt to fall out of it. Quick & easy dump, and back to sucking up dirt. This one, not so much. Just opening the little side door on the dirt compartment and dumping it does NOT get its sucking power back. You have to take it apart to get to the paper filter and take it out to clean it. Tapping it on the inside of my sink knocked some of the dirt out but not enough so that air can pass through it very well again. The pleats in the filter are so close that once the dirt gets packed into it it doesn't want to come out. It says to wash it out with water. But then you should wait for it to dry before putting it back in the vac and using it wet. One, sucking the water out of it and through the motor, isn't good for the motor. Two, the motor isn't strong enough to suck air through the wet filter. I had to get my high powered shop vac out to clean enough of the dirt and water out of the filter to clean it and dry it out enough to use it some more. And surprise surprise, in just a couple of minutes the filter was clogged up enough it quit picking up anything. Then I have to go through all that hassle to clean it again. A real pain in the butt and not very productive when I'm trying to get a job done. Now for the extended tunes and floor tool that came with it. Hah! They're pretty much useless with this under powered vac. But they aren't a total waste since I can use the floor tool with my big canister vac. Wish I had just used part of what I spent on this thing to buy a new battery for my old 12volt one like this one, sorta like it. The 12 volt one has twice the motor and twice the canister size to hold twice as much dirt and a filter thats twice the size of this one and is quicker and easier clean, without getting it wet, and get back to sucking up dirt. Don't bother getting this one. For a vacuum, this one doesn't suck worth a damn.

Love it!
I have the previous version and it is starting to die after five years. This is a great upgrade and I like how you can just leave it on the charger. I don't know what that will do to the life expectancy, but its a handy little vacuum. I use it for all kinds of things and if you get the pet hair attachment you'll be even happier. I had one on my last one so I just moved it over to the new one. That thing grabs the hair crazy well. Oh and yes its kinda pretty - total silly bonus

Great for pet cages and cars
Just got to this one to replace the original flex, it empties easier and is quieter. Suction seems the same. Does not appear to be made of as nearly durable plastic. The filter comes out a different way, and appears more like paper so will need replaced with use, compared to the original Flex's washable cloth like one which I never had too even with years of use. The hose helps maneuver tight spots like the car interior or my use which is pet cages. Still on my first charge and got two uses out of it where older model was a one use before recharge. Package for it says recharge in 4 hours. I got years of daily use out of my original version of the flex before it took one too many bumps to break the door latch and hope this does the same.

I love it
It does what i expected it too. I love that its light weight and compact. Has attachments that get into small corners and great suction.

Its Okay. It isn't mind blowing.
Its Okay. It isn't mind blowing. I got it on sale for 60$, and I would say its worth about 60$(Canadian 40$ American). Its super light. Its actually on the small side. As I maneuvered the floor piece around I asked myself if it would be faster to sweep, as the head is relatively small and I had trouble getting some pieces along the wall. It is loud. I read reviews that said it was on the louder side... I thought... how loud could it be.... well... loud as it turned out. I will keep updating my review as time goes on, curious to see how I like it for carseat and car cleaning.
