Starts off well. Then gets too heavy in spiritual warfare, relying on a previous book buy same author.

Avoid. I read this cover to cover and in my opinion it's therapy dressed up as bible study.

This is a must have for anyone of faith that is tired of trying the same old paths of life that have not produced the results we thought they should've. This book will change all of that! It will guide you through a fresh, easy to follow direction, that will produce results. This book changed my life for the better, as a follower of Jesus Christ. If you're serious about wanting to change your life, from the inside out, for good, this is a must have for your faith library.

Soooo helpful, along with buying the participants guide, it truly takes you through the steps to get free from life’s strongholds & helps you begin to change your beliefs from the lies the enemy (or inner-me) have told to believe God’s truth about you!!
