I love this flour for baking especially my protein muffins

I made some Chocolate chip cookies with this flour, using stevia based sugars and 100% cacao chips.They were very good, for low carb cookies. Let's face it, nothing bakes like wheat flour. However, this Lupin flour satisfied my two requirements for Gluten Free, because I have Celiac disease, and Low Carb because my son has Diabetes. The cookies were not as sweet as I would have preferred, but, again, we needed Low Carb and the stevia sweeteners, 100% cacao chips and Lupin flour made it possible for us to enjoy cookies, which is not always the case with our dietary restrictions. I'm going to try a pie crust next. I will buy this Lupin Flour again!

Lupin flour is great if you're sensitive to regular flour like I am, it's low carb and high protein and I can have my fried chicken in olive oil also you can use this flour to my bread, cookies ECT.

I bought it to see if all the hype was valid. It wasn't. I used in my keto baking . It worked well but won't buy anymore due to exorbitant cost, and there are a lot of other products in the market,
