Wanted to like this protein bar as the ingredients seem great. My daughter ate one, and after the first bite, she was allergic to something in the bar. I was buying these for her as I prefer the vanilla flavor. After trying them, I like the plain one better; raspberries are a bit too sweet for me. They are small for the price.

I have eaten a lot of different protein bars. I have zero health issues. I normally rarely have any gas. I eat a regimented healthy high fiber diet. These gave me the worst gas I have experienced as far as I can remember. It took me a while to figure things out, but as soon as I cut them out the gas resolved. They have too much fat and probably too much allulose. Wish they had more protein. Taste was good, but nothing special

I cant stop eating these. Please don’t change them. The balance of sweetness and richness is heavenly. I’ve never been more in love with a protein bar. I’ve also never left a review before but had to on these so Bryan doesn’t stop making them. I think about these bars day and night. Whenever I’m not eating them I think about eating them. I still can’t believe they only have 1g of sugar and are made from nuts and pea crisps. These bars are the creation of a true genius and I’ve never loved a product this much in my life.

They don’t taste amazing but for being Bryan Johnson healthy they were a pleasant surprise. I have bought many of Bryan Johnson’s supplements and meals and usually taste is a low priority but these are actually pretty good about a 7.5/10 taste wise but are really healthy. I also eat a keto diet and these work perfectly. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a healthy first, taste second Protien bar that does a good job of both.
