Im confused. I seeing people are saying they come as a pair. But the description says 1 speaker at the very end. Which is it?

Some of the tweeters are available in pairs, but the PRO-TW4L are only sold as single units.

Do they fit in the doors of my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited

You would have to do a small modification but it should fit unless the panel is tight with the door then no it would fit. It has to have a nice gap between the door metal and the panel.
