My doctor recommended this supplement to help balance my hormones.. I didn’t think it would do much of anything I only been taking it for 2 1/2 weeks at this point and I noticed improvement already.. mood has been better .. energy has increased I have lost few pounds sleep is better sugar cravings have decreased all of this happened in less than 3 weeks.. I take the pink bottle at night n I take the blue bottle in the morning… I will definitely continue to take these supplements

I see such a difference in my sleep.

Been using over a month and don’t see a difference. I am going to gym almost everyday and doing keto diet

I have been taking these for almost a month. The Corti-Smooth smells very fruity and pleasant. I needed it after moving to another state and having stress for a few months. I couldn't seem to calm back down once we were all settled. The Corti-Smooth has helped and I am feeling back to normal. It does seem to help my mind be more clear also. I also like that it has some of the other supplements that I was taking in it, so now I can stop buying those and have them all in one. For the Myo-Inositol, I have also been taking it almost a month. I got it for the Dim because I was looking for one with a low dose to start that after having night sweats and some other peri-menopause symptoms. I had read that some people have headaches at first, so I started this one pill at a time and waited a few days to add another one until I was up to the 3 pill dose per day, which is still less than the 150 mg that I had read to start and less than most supplements with Dim. I am glad that I could gradually ease my way into it and I did not experience headaches. I also think that the choline in it has helped me not feel hangry, but be able to last longer between meals. As with the first one in this set, I like that it has several things in one and I don't have to take as many supplements now. Both have been working well enough that I ordered another set as these started to run out. I like the way that I feel on them and will continue to take them. Also, I have not had night sweats and have generally felt better since taking both of these.
