Avoid I made the mistake of just checking the stars rating and ordered assuming it was a good product with 4.3 stars. After receiving it I read the actual reviews and realised my issue was a common issue. Cookies were sent without a proper packaging, not only did the come crushed but the packet was half ripped open by the time it reached me. I did not take the risk of tasting them since they have been exposed directly. Asked for refund instead of a replacement as other customers reported replacement items were also coming the same.

Tried these abroad and was absolutely obsessed! Thought I'd have to live without them in the UK, but then found them on here! Ha ha. They do come slightly broken but that's just what happens when things are ordered online! Still taste amazing. :)

Brought our Florida holiday memories back to the UK - for a fraction of the price (although still can’t believe I paid so much for a packet of biscuits!). But they are blooming good!

I was all set for a cozy night with my favorite show and a packet of Chips Ahoy cookies. What I got instead was a bag of broken dreams. I opened the packet, only to find a cookie massacre. Crumbs everywhere, shards of cookies in every nook and cranny of the packet. I felt like I was starring in a cookie crime scene investigation. It was like Chips Ahoy sent their cookies on an extreme sports adventure before they reached my doorstep. Maybe they thought I wanted a bag of cookie gravel? I could practically hear the cookies screaming, "Hold me, I'm falling apart!" as I tried to salvage the sad little pieces. Eating them felt like trying to assemble a jigsaw puzzle where half the pieces are missing, and the other half are chewed by the dog. At this rate, I might as well have just poured a glass of milk directly into the packet and called it cereal. If you enjoy eating cookies with a spoon and mourning the loss of what could have been, then this is the snack for you. As for me, I'll be sweeping up the crumbs of my shattered cookie dreams for days. Thanks, Chips Ahoy, for giving me trust issues with my snacks.
