Only time will tell. This is a vitamin, so the effects will require long term use to determine effectiveness. The capsules tend to stick together, so the bottle requires minor impact adjustments to break the capsules apart.

This Swanson brand Acai Berry extract is excellent. The price and value for what you get is top notch. And I like Swanson because they consistently pass 3rd party lab testing without a hitch - excellent quality. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow.
