Speakers were not new. Box was taped up. Protective plastics were half off and the carpet spikes and pads were missing. I had to glue back on the woofer cone in the back, they were probably incorrectly used as handle to re-pack the box. No damage on the speaker, sound is great, great speakers for a home gym.
