Play it for the Nostalgia. Its got some nice dark dank corridors. The graphics are a bit shit but if you just wanna play to spray then its fun.There is one scene in the game where you have no weapons and you have to sneak through dead/living xenomorphs which is pretty scary if you have surround sound and a nice TV. Also a scene where you have to weld doors behind you as a big mumma xenomorph is busting the door down.. as your trying to weld it shut. Very Cool.I like Alien, couldn't care if the game is not up to standard and the poor reviews it got, I had fun.

I over the film as a young kid - I always wanted to be a marine and missed the Aliens marines live ride in central london. This game provides excellent atmosphere like the film and the environments are so accurate it feels like you are on Lv-426. One of the levels allows you to see Hadley's Hope in far more detail - you get to go inside the complex and shoot loads of aliens. Also, Lance Henriksen appears as the voice of the cyborg he played in the film. Plus there's an online death match to finished the gaming session - I am in heaven!

I'm just going to say it, this game is just another Alien title that will eventually be forgotten to the sands of time.But having said that it's still a time of fun. The Alien AI is superb, they are capable of hidi g from you perfectly and jumping from wall to ceiling and moving flawlessly. Almost like watching a film, and almost like fighting a real Alien with actual intelligence.Partly plating this game was just for nostalgia, I loved the Alien films as my review of them will show, and I couldn't resist to pass up the opportunity to explore the worlds myself, even if only in video game format.The game just makes you play, its up to you to find the references, the environments and the voice acting from the films. You will at times be killing Aliens by the dozens and realise your surroundings loom familiar...but from where.....then you will realise they are almost a perfect copy of a room in the films. And for those of you wondering, yes, the quote "Game over man!" made it into the game.The guns! Ohh the guns, bowing enimys away is fun in this game, but doing it with an upgraded plasma rifle (with the same sound effect uses in the film!) is more than a little fun. Many different weapons, found in the films and added in are in the game. They can all be upgraded and all have upsides and downsides, encouraging you to perfect a load out that works for you, not to just pick up the biggest one.The graphics, whilst nothing to shout about, are still very good, they really do justice to the films, perfect detail, adding dark corridors and superb outdoor environments with good lighting and depth. Like I said, not amazing, but nice none the less.Overall the game is a fair amount of fun, yet slightly fogetable, a fan of the Alien film would enjoy this film falf a million times more than someone oblivious to them. This game is for the fan who can't help themselves, and thankfully, we have not been disappointed.Now I have Alien Isolation too look forward too.

the game was fast,hard and ingaging.there were a couple of shock moments....................my kids enjoyed it as well,do i have to do this,why so many words,cant i just say it was really good?

This game was priced at £5 ,when it is £25 in the shops. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. The game is in great condition, and was very good value for money as post and packaging included in price. Would recommend
