Molto bello, la copertina ha una bella texture. Il foil è ben fatto. Bisogna avere tempo x leggerlo perchè è interessante. Di x se è molto semplice e ben fatto. Le prove settimanali molto carine. Penso che in futuro lo riacquisterò

Better than expected, enjoyed the detailed explanations on positive psychology at the beginning of it. I like that it has a weekly reflection section and the daily quotes are inspiring. It helps increase the self-awareness on how I feel and what's important to me - even though I usually journal, this makes it easier to keep track and progress of the main points

It really changed my life - it is my second copy, this time in english so it will be easier. Journal made me start focusing on the Routine, improved my attitude to the Daily life which because more meaningful. Love it and recommendation for everyone

Je suis bluffée par l’efficacité de ce journal. Je l’ai acheté sans trop y croire. Le début du journal est plutôt un livre explicatif sur le fonctionnement du cerveau, sources scientifiques a l’appui. J’ai adoré ce passage qui me permet de mieux comprendre le fondement de la gratitude. Puis je me suis lancée tous les jours. Au début, l’exercice n’est pas simple, il faut se forcer à scanner sa journée pour trouver 1 2 ou 3 éléments positifs. Et puis rapidement on prend le pli et on se rend compte que tout devient plus simple. Il y a aussi une page de 5 questions plus profondes que je faisais le dimanche : des questions que je ne m’étais jamais posées avant. Bref je recommande !

I have been using the diary for 3 weeks and I have noticed tremendous improvement in my mood and the way I tackle my tasks. I feel much present and happier knowing I have so much to be grateful for! Writing in the diary feels like I have a best friend to speak to at the end of the day about my day. Highly recommend it if you are looking for more positivity in your day!
