Great product
I am a heavy grinder at night. Generally chew through the softer type guards in a matter of weeks. This one still going strong after 2 months. Forming requires a little extra care but not difficult. Had to rinse under hot water an extra time to loosen it up because it was very tight the first go around.Definitely recommend for those that need a little more durability from their guards without paying an arm and leg.

After fitting it went into trash
Instructions, super easy for getting it to mold, how to practice your fitting, etc. Seemed easy and pretty promising, the end result was an unusable product. As many noted in their review, try as you may the fitting process itself yields a lackluster product. Mine ended up fitting perfectly for the back teeth, but any minute movement would cause it to slip off. Didn't matter how much suction I created to get a firm grip. If it came off easily just sitting on my teeth, I did not feel confident it wouldn't do the same during sleep, and the prospect of choking on a mouthguard was not appealing. I attempted to remold, but at the end of the day it went straight into the trash.

Feels like it was professionally made
I have invested a small fortune in over the counter night guards which was disappointing, they were bulky and uncomfortable to wear and hard to mold. I decided to try again and was very happy with the results. This was easy to mold but best of all, these are the closest I've found to being professionally made. I actually wear these every night! I had almost given up and was ready to pay $$$ for the dentist to make me one, glad I decided to try one more time.

Try before you get one made at dentist office!
I'm a clencher, not so much a grinder. I've been searching for a nightguard I can live with. After spending several hundreds of dollars to have a professional night guard made, via my dentist, I still had nothing that worked. The thing was awful..way too tight, bulky, and seemed to force my teeth into an uncomfortable bite. I have also tried every otc nightguard out there, and not one made it through a night with me (or honestly, even an hour). This is the one. I do have to say that "making" it in the first place was tricky for me. I actually screwed up two of them before I ended up with a result that was a comfortable-fitting shape (don't bite down to hard when you first form it!). Too, I found cutting the backs a little shorter before softening it to form, worked well for me. FYI...use a nail file if you have any rough spots. It took me a couple of nights to get used to wearing, but it wasn't even close to unbearable (like all others I have tried). I now sleep with it nightly without any issue. I am doing some serious damage to it's surface, but it seems it will hold up a while.

Definitely comfortable but....
UPDATE 11/5/21I had to stop using it. The material was causing a reaction in my mouth. I would wake up with an odd peppery stinging/irritation on the back of my tongue which made me cough and gag.I purchased a diff brand that i have used b4 and have had no problems. This is the 2nd time i have purchased this brand of dental guard. It is the most comfortable of all the different brands i have tried. I dont have to worry about the fit when my teeth shift and i dont wear it every night. Its not a tight fit.

Very hard to get a good final shape
The instructions are good and the hints to successfully get a good, molded shape are helpful... but, it's still a pain to try and get it just right. Now, I know it takes some practice (I bought two) and did, on the second try, get a reasonably well fitting bite guard. But there are better products for the same price out there that create the same thing, but much easier, like the Dentek guard that I use now.

Best one!
I have been a nighttime teeth grinder for as long as I've had teeth. I even went through the professional splint made by my dentist many years ago. Since insurance only covers one per patient (don't get me started), I have been using over the counter ones for years now. So many are thick and uncomfortable not to mention how I would wake up with sore jaw muscles from the work out that it allowed. This product was easy to fit, is thinner and more comfortable, but lasts a long time. Definitely going to be sticking with this one from here out.

Best night's sleep in years!
I have a moderately deviated septum and sleep apnea, due to my tongue getting out of position when I sleep. This Sleep Right appliance, combined with nasal cones, did a better job of getting more oxygen to my brain than a CPAP machine. You can by polydent at a Dollar Store to secure the appliance in position, after you form the mouth guard using the video given here. FYI the nasal cones don't fall of the nose if a tiny amount polydent is applied also. I never review products, but this one can have life altering consequences for a low cost.
