Total crap! We bought this for our winter home and it worked ok not great for our first winter of 23/25. It was not real thorough and the mopping seemed to dry out before it started back task finish cleaning the mop. Vacuuming worked pretty well. But now this winter we tried it it kept getting stuck in the middle of the room on the carpet or it gave the message of “not touching the floor”. I’ve cleaned the sensors, the rollers and wiped down the whole thing. I have remapped a couple times and removed device and reset it. It gets lost and stuck on remapping now and never leaves the room to go to the others. Eufy support was not much help. They just suggested I do all the things I had done. They wanted all the information from it plus videos. Still waiting.

Excelente producto. Tardó mucho más de lo estipulado en el inicio del pedido y hubo unos detalles con la información que asigna Amazon y la paquetería que me generó estrés y mala impresión del vendedor. Sin embargo el vendedor muy amable se comunicó conmigo y me dió datos correctos del envío y la posible fecha de llegada. Super bien embalado, producto nuevo, alta calidad. Super fácil de poner en marcha. Ahora ya está limpiando y es muy fácil de usar. El segundo artículo de este tipo que tengo. El primero me duró dos años (otra marca más económica) esté se ve de mucho mejor calidad y espero dure mucho tiempo. Muy satisfecha!

Leaves dirty streaks when mopping. Tried hand washing the mop pads thinking the unit wasn’t doing a good job keeping them clean. Used different detergent, used different soap to water ratio, and increased washing times but then this causes the waster basin to empty faster, still leaves dirty streak marks. Vacuum function is ok. Sensors on vacuum are horrible even with the map layout for two months it still crashes into every wall and item. Constantly gets stuck in random locations (under the couch where it doesn’t fit but proceeds to ram itself and get stuck, same with desk legs - bumpers constantly get banged and instead of backing out and going around it just keeps trying to go forward and gets stuck) so you have to find it constantly and manually move it. Has difficulty finding home at times so when you have scheduled cleaning and are at work it just stays stuck in the middle of the room unable to located home base to recharge. Don’t waste your money on this product.
