Prohibits use of clamps or clips
Just received. Looks good and genuine. The one thing that I like to specially share is that while reading customer reviews before placing the order I came across one particular review in which the reviwer had suggested that it would have been better if clamps or clips to tighten it on the nozzles were also provided, but, on receiving the packet I found that as a safety measure the use of any kind of clamp or clip is specifically prohibited. Another reviewer complained about unavailability of warranty. But I find that 5 Year Warranty is boldly written on the package. For future use I have downloaded and saved my invoice and warranty slip, from the Amazon app, alongwith the image of the packet on both sides. More on use....

Original product, but not long lasting.
Product is original but it didn't last long enough. Compared to previous pipes of different brands this one didn't have thick metal mesh. Pipe developed cracks sooner than expected so am not ordering this anymore. Instead will try the local brand pipes available in shops.
