When used carefully it works great.

It works but poorly constructed
The construction is adequate for infrequent use. The handle comes loose easily and there’s no real way to tighten it without damaging the finish on the handle. A squared off section on the handle for a wrench to tighten it would be good. If you are like me and do this work infrequently, the tool is ok. If you build engines on a regular basis I would look for a better tool.

This tool does not fit 5/8” tube. Please change the specifications on this tool to reflect what it actually fits which is anything less than 5/8”.BUYER - DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL IF YOU HAVE A 5/8” Pickup Tube!

Just Okay As Is, BUT With Mods It’s Good
When I use this tool for the first time to set my oil screen in the oil pump, the head became loose. I tack welded it into place and ground the head smooth. The tool did the trick, but only after some modifications. If you have a welder and you can tack it, I believe this to last for a long time on many installations.

Powder coat too thick
Worked great. Only issue I had was the powder coat is a little to thick. Had to trim it out just a hair to fit. Make sure the cut out is on the bottom . Mine was on the top. No big deal it unscrews easy to flip.

do not buy this tool !
junk ! broke first time i tried to use it and did not fit oil pickup tube very well either , plus it marked up the pickup tube enough to worry about serious damage to the pickup tube itself ..pure absolute junk

Worked as described.
Only needed for 1 oil pump install. May never use again but good to have.
