I bought this rice cooker on July 10, was not able to use it until August and now its already broken. Won’t turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing. Im so disappointed! The rice cooker from other brand i have before lasted me for 6yrs. This one barely lasted 3months!! What a waste of money!! Do not buy!!

I cooked some rice using the low carb setting and the Rice came out perfect although I don’t know what the carb count was. I would have given it 5 stars but the lid won’t stay open.

Top panel got detached and water is leaking into the cooker plug in which can be dangerous.

Take to long to cook a small amount of rice. I regret making this purchase , I got DUPED on this purchase very bad product 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I use the rice cooker for the first time. My rice came out soft and it tasted so good I steamed some veggies to go with it and steamed some salmon it was so good my Family loved it I was so glad.🥰🥰
