Why is this item being sold in UK? It is not compatible with our system. What a waste of time: the item will be returned.

Great Machine. I used one in Canada so thought I would treat myself to one here in the UK. I went on Amazon UK and ordered one. Unfortunately it turn up with a USA plug an American voltage. Why list it on a UK Amazon site when it will not work here. I now have to return it. It does NOT state American use only. Very annoyed after buying 2 packets of K-Kup coffees too Grrr!

I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

Does not even work with a plug & currency converter! Why is this even being available for sale in Australia, without proper disclosure?And yes, I did read the instructions and directions properly! Full refund please 🙏!

Received Coffee maker on time. It works good for now. I'm a little apprehensive about longevity of the coffee maker do to Amazon delivery person dropped the box from 2-3 feet to ground by my front door. I saw this through my doorbell camera.

What is for a Christmas gift for my roommate she absolutely loves it. Her old one does not hold as much water so she’s able to have as much coffee as she loved makes so it was definitely worth the price at first. I thought it was a little high price, but she loves it and that’s all that matters. Purple color is gorgeous and she said it keeps the coffee on very hot. The water comes out extremely hot and her other coffee machine was not doing that very satisfied.

Must say I dont really have complaints about this. Its smaller than my larger one so gives me more counter space. I am trying to downsize things and this still makes the same amount of coffee but gives me more space. Its also lightweight. It does seem more plastic than my older more expensive one, but i bought a cheap one! Pretty easy to clean. It heats quickly and still has a large water reserve even though the machine is smaller. Super cute color also. You can do the coffee or hot water or whatever you want in it. I only say 4 stars because its more plastic than older one but I do reccomend to buy.
