Customer Service is Terrific!
I didn't check my punch within the 30 day return window. When I went to use it it was defective and didn't cut a complete circle. I emailed Bira and the sent me a new, tested punch right away and it works perfectly. You can't ask for more than that! I will definitely be buying more punches from them in the future.

Great punch
I had wanted the scalloped punch for ages and finally decided to get it, so glad I did, I am a card maker and it makes such a fantastic accent for cards. I purchased this oval punch in 1/2in smaller size than the scalloped one to go together for sentiments. The first punch arrived damaged, but it was easy to return and a replacement was sent in the meantime. Great customer service!

ONE PUNCH AND IT'S OUT
One punch (rough edges) and the second punch the blades locked up and the handle will not lift up again. Poorly made.
