Xbox One Wireless Controller for Microsoft Xbox One - Custom Soft Touch Feel - Custom Xbox One Controller (Blue Flame)

I received this controller after a few days, and fell in love with it. The problem is the customer support. I left a message on the phone to call me back, because "they were too busy", so I could trade this in for a duplicate. The "A" button misses half the time, but the rest of the controller is great. I bought this controller not primarily for the artwork, but for the concept that they "TEST" their products, before selling them. I hate to leave a message like this, but you guys didn't give me a choice. This is not my first problem with Xbox One Controllers. the last two I purchased directly from Microsoft, and both of the left shoulder buttons were shit. I digress.

Delivered fast and feels amazing in my hand! It definitely is a soft grip with a very very smooth texture, would purchase another if the website allowed you to customize the image on the soft grip with whatever you want I would throw money at that.

Ordered this controller on May 23. Received on June 3. The controller looks pretty good and I was pleased at first. I immediately realized the Y button was broken. Very disappointing to wait almost two weeks for a controller just to get a broken one. I contacted them immediately and while it’s only been one day, I’m feeling some kind of way already with a useless controller I spent over $100 on and no doubt it will be at least two more weeks before I get another one that hopefully isn’t broken again. I will gladly update this review if and when I receive a functioning controller. UPDATE-returned 6/8/20 and haven’t heard a word. No replacement or refund yet.UPDATE-June 24 and still waiting!

We bought 2 of these for an Xbox OneS. We have had crazy problems with headsets not working so we decided to get new controllers. These not only came soo much faster than expected, but they are perfect, and now my son can finally use his headset to play his games and I no longer have to hear Fortnite all the time - we are all happy 😊

Okay so I have to admit.... I thought 100$ was too much for this remote controller. But since I’m a huge fan of resident evil, I decided to go ahead and buy it to try it out.So the controller really is the actual Microsoft remote controller. The design looks really good on the remote, a lot of compliment and honestly nobody is going to have the same design as I do for my remote. The design has a smooth touch to it and the remote works perfectly fine and no malfunctions. I’m really satisfied with my order, So I guess for 100$, yeah it’s worth it. I’ll definately be buying again for a different design.

Got this Resident Evil controller. It's way better than I even expected. It's a professional job done on an original xbox one controller. It has a great texture on it. I put those thumbstick caps on it to protect the thumbsticks myself, it doesnt come with those. I need to order some red ones to match the controller theme better. I'm really happy with it so I'll be ordering a Joker one next. Couldn't be happier with the job these guys do.

I was very excited to buy this controller, as it looked really cool. I was shocked to see that they had mailed it to me in a plastic bag, since it's a piece of technology and should be taken better care of in the delivery process. To my dismay, it turns out that the xbox one controller was not able to keep its connection to my xbox one. It would work for a few seconds, then the controller would not react to my touch.I tried talking to the company to help me solve the issue, but got no response. After a week of waiting for a reply, I'm returning it and giving it the appropriate rating.For twice the price of a regular xbox controller, you'd think that it should work at least just as good.

Ok so I had a unique situation with my order. I ordered on May 14th got my controller the following Monday. That was 2 days earlier than expected which was great! However the controller was a bust only the directional pad worked nothing else it was also very jumpy when it was synched. I called Custom Controllerzz and got a VM. Left a message then I called back a gentleman named Colin answered "Ricky? I was just about to call you back". We had some relatable banter but above all Colin never lost focus on the issue. I explained what was happening and even sent him a video. He offered a refund or to replace it. Given it came from states away I asked for a replacement. It could have been damaged is shipping (no big deal to me OR Colin) he said ok I'm emailing you a return slip we will cover the fees and 2 day you your replacement once we receive the disabled controller. Sure enough the day they received it Colin emailed me and said my replacement has been sent. 2 days later and I just busted out a 4 HR session with my war stick and I couldn't be happier. It was a very grim situation but Colin went above and beyond for me and never treated me like I was anything but his number 1 customer. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom controller.....also the designs available was one of the biggest selections I've come across. 25 different options. Amazing.

within days of owning my controller, the soft skin would start to peel in a few spots and the left thumb stick is already drifting a bit. This is my second controller, I bought another one because the last controller I bought had the same issue

I love it. It's a bit expensive but it's shiny and it's high quality. Definitely worth it if your passion is gaming.

product came in perfect condition and in a timely mannor. it came in a regar box but it was a custom galaxy controller inside. i will buy again

Wife likes it. Not as glossy as I thought it would be. I like the grip texture.

Wow! This controller is as discribed, but far exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely buy another. This is a great seller.
