Discrete FUD option
I practiced in the shower first, but i didnt really need to as it is easy to use. I didnt have an issue with needing to cobntrol the flow to avoid overflow. It is excellent for staying mostly covered while using it. It rinsed off easily and made cleanup quick and sanitary. Great product!

Best FUD Out There
I did a lot of research before deciding on this female urination device (FUD). I didn't want to have to spend money on a bunch of them before figuring out what I liked. I was looking for something light and packable, long enough that I wouldn't spill, easy to use, soft on the body, wouldn't flood over if I really had to go, and easy to clean. This is all these things! I use it mostly for Search and Rescue (SAR) missions, whitewater kayaking, multi day river trips, and hiking. When on search and rescue missions with mostly guys, it's really great to just step aside and pee rather than having take the time to go find a bush for privacy. Kayaking, also full of guys, so same deal. Also for kayaking, I'm tall, so I can use a men's front zip drysuit (easier to find used in my size), and this is long enough to make it through all those drysuit and thermal layers just fine. It's also great for winter when I've got a bunch of layers on as well. It is also great on multi day river trips where you're only allowed to pee in the river. Sometimes when you wake up in the middle of the night or have to go early morning when it's still cold, you don't want to wade into the river and squat-you just want to stand out of the water and stay dry. This does that!Since the front half is silicone, it folds to fit nicely in my pfd zipper pocket for kayaking. Also small enough that I don't mind it in my already heavy SAR pack. And backpacking or self support kayaking trips, the size is big enough to be functional but not heavy enough for you to regret its weight.I love that the device is open rather than a tube like some FUDs. Super easy to clean, rinse out, and wipe dry.As for the actual pee experience: it's hard plastic with the sections that come in contact with your lady parts covered in silicone. The hard plastic helps it keep its shape so you don't deform it and spill all over yourself. The silicone makes it softer on your sensitive areas. I only had to practice once or twice before I felt comfortable using it. Peeing standing up was kind of life changing. It's still a little weird though, and I still sometimes have to remind my body, yes, you can pee standing up. When you're done, use the back lip of the device to wipe yourself dry. Rinse with water, and air dry or wipe dry. I have yet to have it flood over when I really have to go, but I don't know that I've tested the full potential of that yet.The only con? The silicone front section will develop fold memory of you leave it folded when not in use. I may make a carrying case that will store it unfolded, like for example, when it's in my backpack and has room to be full length vs than when in my pfd and has to be folded up.

Easy to stand and use… pee like a man!
This is a great product to have. Handy when your bladder can’t hold it any longer and you’re without a toilet seat.

May work for the better coordinated
Works differently than the GoGirl, in that, this one is totally a hard molded piece. That being said, it is easier to utilize getting into place; however, where you place your thumb and fingers, I find I am getting them wet... so obviously I am not positioning something correctly. All these things take practice. With the GoGirl, I have no trouble, but the softness of that product tends to be the issue when holding it securely in place. This items holds very security in place, but perhaps posture placement is why I seem to pee on my fingers? I like that this one is a much harder shell (easier to place securily); but the rubber tip when you're done using it, is long and although can be folded back against the base, will warp or mis-shape the rubber tip with use. Not the best design option in my opinion, so you're left with the rubber funnel sticking out of your carry-all bag for the world to see! So it comes down to how you personally are built, shaped, coordinated enough, to figure out which product works for you. I like this one, and I like the GoGirl too. I just wish the GG was a stronger less flexible material, and that this product wasn't as stiff (& narrow) where the fingers hold it so you didn't pee on yourself. Practice makes perfect I suppose. I still recommend this product. At least give it a try.

Great FUD/STP for plus size people too!
The Tinkle Belle is very easy to use. It fits the curves of the pelvis so it is very easy to position correctly and use without any leakage. I have used this both outside and indoors with no difficulties. The design and shape make it easy to position even if you are plus size (I'm a 22/24) unlike some other designs that are simply not made with bigger people in mind. (i.e. pibella and other shorter designs are near impossible to reach and position leak free around my belly)It is easy to clean. I keep a wet wipes or two in the pouch with it, but if I don't have one I just wad up a bit of tissue and place in the closed end and tilt that way. The moisture is quickly adsorbed and the tissue can be discarded. I rinse/wash it with each day of use depending on availability. I use it almost daily and have had no issues with smell. I also haven't had any trouble with the silicone wanting to stay folded or obstructing the urine flow.I've had no trouble with stream volume overflowing the device. You can widen the channel by pushing out on the thumb tabs to open up the trough to accommodate a strong flow. Just be sure the lowest point of the device is the front (the device should slope downward from the back to the front. If it is more level than tilted with the front down it can overflow because liquid flows downhill faster than it does on a level surface. It is soft enough on the top edge to dry pretty well. My guess is that the smoother the skin the better it removes moisture. No need to position between the labia or form any "seal" unlike the pibella and a few others. It folds and unfolds quickly and stores well in the included travel pouch. The pouch fits in my front jeans pocket easily so I always have it with me. I do wear classic boot cut jeans so they have some room. If skinny jeans are your style it would be quite obvious. The longer length and not needing to form a seal with the body enable bigger people like me to use it without having to remove clothing - just unbutton and/or unzip jeans, lower the front of the undies insert the Tinkle Belle, position and go.The only thing that would make it better would be to offer a black (or other solid dark color) pouch without the Tinkle Belle tag or maybe the logo only. I don't necessarily want everyone to know what's in my pocket when I go through security at work every day. The cute pouch can bring some "where did you get that cute pouch?" conversations that are a bit uncomfortable since I don't know the people I'm talking to and how open they are to people like me. I just blow them off with a I don't remember, I've had it awhile. I quickly removed the tag for the same reason.
