Great item..while it worked.
We were looking for a little MP3 player for our daughter that was safe and portable. This fit the bill perfectly. We have had it a little over a month and it is no longer working correctly. We have to plug it into the PC to turn it on (buttons are not working) and the speaker is starting to sound funny/tinny. I contacted the company and after a few e-mail exchanges (that were of little help) they told me to return it to Amazon for a full refund. They never offered to fix or replace it. I contacted Amazon today about a return only to find out the item was just outside the return window. Thankfully Amazon granted me a return.

Very hard to hear, would not recommend
So the music is mad quiet. I have good hearing and even I was straining to hear the music coming out. My son became bored with it because he couldn't hear, there's just not a lot of redeeming value to this item.

Just doesn't function very well
this is the worst thing I have bought from Amazon and would not recommend it to anybody else. Sometimes it works and other times it does not. Look around do not waste your money as it is far to expensive for what it does.

très emballée sur le papier... un peu déçue à l'utilisation.
Pile l'objet que je recherchais pour mes deux filles. Donc je consens à mettre le prix (élevé) en me disant, allez, j'achète un produit français... il n'y a d'ailleurs pas d'équivalent sur le marché à ce produit.Qqs heures d'utilisation et il ne fait que bugguer. La lecture s'interrompt sans raison en plein milieu des chansons que j'ai chargées. On est obligés de l'éteindre complètement pour le relancer, et le problème se reproduit sur d'autres chansons (la plupart). Les touches sont très peu précises, ça ne donne pas une impression de solidité et durabilité. Il faut appuyer fort.Bref, si le pb persiste, je contacte le service client...
