Edit: 2/26/26. LillyDoo refunded me and sent me a size 5 for free. I've been using them for a week and we've had no issues, they're just as good as id hoped! Updated rating to 5 stars. Was super excited to try these due to the blowout feature, which works great. They are also super soft and are a nice fit (definitely size up, my LO one is 16lb, I purchased size 4 30-31lb and I think they're snug) My issue was that the absorbent gel inside the diaper is coming through the lining and staying on my child’s skin, even after brief use. - my rating is 2 stars.

Super soft and great blowout protection. Holds lots of pee, for how lightweight they are, only thing is they do run a tad small so you may need to size up sooner than the box recommends.

I wanted to love these so much! They have a blow out barrier, they're SO soft, they're cute, and they're TCF. Unfortunately, I hated them. What I hated: - The leg holes have thin thread like elastic (i dont know how else to explain it) that cut into my baby's legs/groin area and left nasty red marks. - The blow out barrier was unfortunately no help at all and my baby had severe blowouts. - When my baby pooped or peed, they diapers did not absorbed well at all. - Because the diapers are "channeled" it caused moisture to sit in the diaper and cause a rash. - For as much as these diaper cost, I was HIGHLY disappointed. Love how soft and thin these diapers are I haven’t had an issue with blowouts coming out of the diaper only once and I think it was on me because I didn’t pull the elastics to cover my daughters bum all the way. I do use a&d ointment to help with possibly getting a rash although none of my kids have had rashes but I do like to be on the safe side and avoid the avoidable so I can’t speak for rashes on this diaper. So I’m giving this diaper a 5 out of 5. The only con is that the sizing is strange you have to size up so if your child is a size 2 you’ll have to get size 3.

Decent for the price. Soft and comfortable for my newborn. Hasn't had any rashes or allergic reaction to the diapers so I assume they are ok to use. Holds pee. Doesn't hold blowouts unfortunately because of the thin material. Gets the job done...sometimes.

The size 1 says it's for babies 4-11 pounds. Not true. I bought these from the hospital with a 5 pound baby. I was desperate for soft, chlorine free diapers. I tried them with her and she peed through them twice, so I had to settle and get Huggies preemie diapers. Then I tried Lilly doo again when she sized out of those around 7 pounds... still too big. So I put her in Millie moon size 1. She is now 11 pounds and Millie moon size 1 is too small. So I tried these again and they finally fit her now! I'm not sure why it says they run small and to size up... I would say they actually run big. Maybe that's just my experience. Well now that she actually fits in them, I can say I love them. They are thinner and softer than Millie moon but overall comparable. The tabs stretch a lot so I can tell I'll be able to get a lot of use out of all the packages I have laying around. I like the fact they are made in the Czech Republic, as Millie moon is made in china. Although they are a bit more expensive than Millie moon, I do plan to stick with these until she moves into reusable diapers.

I recently tried LILLYDOO Baby Diapers and overall I’m very impressed with the quality. The diapers feel very soft and gentle on my baby’s skin, which is really important to me since my baby has sensitive skin. I didn’t notice any irritation or redness while using them. At first, I wasn’t sure how good they would be because they are on the thinner side compared to some other diapers. However, they surprised me because I never experienced any leaks while using them, even overnight. Although these diapers are a little bit higher in price than some other options, I still recommend them because the quality really stands out. I’ve actually purchased them many times and usually try to buy them when they go on sale. Overall, they fit well, are very absorbent, and seem very comfortable for my baby. I would definitely recommend these diapers to other parents looking for a soft, reliable diaper option.

Pretty absorbent for how thin they are, but giving 2 stars because the blowout protection looked promising, but doesn’t work at all. The diapers are a great fit so I thought it would work but nope. Still got all over my baby
