Q: How long can they be stored for?

Not long! I got the first pack, we ate in that day it arrived, the texture was firm like jerky. The next time we wanted we took a day trip which consisted of a 40 minute drive to the store because Amazon WholeFoods was out. We got 4 bags (in store) we all shared and ate the first bag on the drive home (2 nephews, BFF and myself), but the texture was very soft, we thought it was fresher. But we like chewy jerky. The other three bags we forgot about and they sat on the kitchen table, in full view for about a week. We went to open one bag and it was all molded inside. Same with the last 2. We decided that was not good, but who can drive 40 minutes back?
