SingStar Queen - Stand Alone - PlayStation 2

Item came on time. Packaged perfectly, and brand new ,unwrapped! Love adding this to my collection! Songs are awesome, whole new level of getting friends together for Karaoke night!! A must have!

I snatched this game up as soon as I found it and was excited to play it. Mainly because of such famous songs as Bohemian Rhapsody and Don't Stop Me Now. But was extremely disappointed when I loaded the game and there were about 5 songs missing from the menu screen. Namely those two I was so excited about. After some research, I discovered that if you load this game after playing another game (I was playing Pop Vol 2 right before), instead of completely restarting the console, songs will be missing. I'm just glad I figured it out, though. :)Overall, now that I am finally able to get to the songs that I was looking for, I'm having a blast with it and I recommend it for anyone who is a fan of Queen.The biggest thing I have issues with, though, has been touched on in a couple other reviews, but the sound quality and volume is a bit annoying because it's difficult to hear the lyrics over your own voice.

I purchased this because I'm a Queen Collector. I'd "played it" once at a friend's house who has this. I will probably never open my copy since I do not own the system.All in all, if you love the band and wish to sing along with their hits but don't have a karaoke system and don't wish to embarrass yourself in the public eye, then this is for you....SO.... grab a mic stand, flank off the bottom, prance around your living room like you're Freddie Mercury or something, just enjoy it and try your best. He didn't hold back on the records.:-)

I was VERY excited to get this, and the songs are great however, they recorded this in a VERY low volume and I had to blast my volume on my tv and it still was hard to hear it. I have numerous Singstar games and they are all awesome, but this one was just too hard to hear. I tried everything to get it to sound better and higher but it is just the way the game is. Having said that though, it has great classic Queen songs, but it's hard to hear their singing over yours.

It’s perfect worked well. Not sure why no one else’s didn’t work. Only problem was the price and how long it took for delivery!

Super fun! Glad I kept my ps2!
