As a DIYer, these casters have been a fantastic addition to my gate projects. Worked exactly like it should. My metal and wood gate had started to sag and I was having to pick up a little to disengage the latch. Used a small block and 2x4 as a leaver to raise the gate back to level and marked the bolt holes slightly lower. Luckily, I guess right and the compression in the spring keeps the latch centered now.

Very sturdy. We used it inside on a large fire door that was stripping the screws from the wall. Gave the door and extra lift so it closes with ease

I installed these gate wheels on the large doors to my shed to help alleviate the strain on the door hinges, and to help the door overcome a slight lip at the door opening with the assistance of the rolling wheels. I substituted my own bolts to mount the wheel assembly to the doors, because the ones provided were very long, and would have protruded significantly. Once installed, the product performed perfectly, making it much easier to move the doors. My visual observation suggests that the product is well-fabricated. I would recommend this to a friend.

Purchased these to add to the bottom of 2 hurricane doors. When we installed the doors, in a part of the closed in garage which wasn't being used, except by 2 indoor/outdoor cats, they were so heavy, and because of the constant opening & hanging open, one of the doors started to pull away from the framing. So my husband said we needed wheels to help with the weight. These worked great! They mounted fine, and work well. I love the 360 degree wheels, and the locking system on each wheel. Would definitely buy again.

Wheels don't have a wide enough footprint, so they don't go over grass, or dirt easily.

This gate wheel was very reasonably priced, so I ordered it with a bit of apprehension, whether it would be sturdy enough. It arrived quick, we'll packaged. I installed it right away on my new driveway gate project. Simple install. I'm very pleased at how sturdy it is, and especially impressed at how smooth operating it is! We'll see how it holds up to MN winter!
