There is nothing better than being able to grind whole coffee beans and then right away make a pot of coffee. I couldn’t believe how much more flavorful my coffee was. This is the type of coffee that people pay big bucks for at the coffee shops and now I can have it wherever I want in my home - I’m saving money and it’s super convenient. The grinder can be adjusted to my liking as well as the strength of my coffee. The settings are pretty much self explanatory - I’ve had no trouble using it. It looks great on my countertop and doesn’t take up a lot of space. This summer my favorite feature has been the keep warm feature as I will enjoy the pot throughout the morning and into the afternoon.

This thing is horrible. We bought this looking for a grind brew combo, and while it does that, it is a complete pile of garbage. very confusing set up, and button system, but with time you figure it out. The big problem here is the grinder. it clogs up after 1 use, and most times during a just cleaned out use. The bottom metal trap for the grounds consistently gets stuck forcing the machine to shut down. The grinder simply does not have the power nor the teeth to grind at a consistent level. If I want to use it now, after about two months of owning it, I have to break everything down, clean everything out, put it all back together and grind half; then repeat the process. And that's just for 4 cups of coffee. I am not sure what else is out there, but I would rather just go back to drip, or go to a coffee house every morning that deal with this garbage thing. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!

This coffee maker is awesome! It’s super easy to assemble, easy to grind and brew. Coffee stays hot for hours, easy to clean and overall a great machine.

Space between grinder and filter clogs with EVERY use. To unclog, the unit has to be unplugged, bean hopper and grinder removed, clear clog, clean up the ground that inevitably fall out, plug back in, reprogram. EVERY TIME we used it. Sometimes it clogged in the middle of brewing resulting in weak coffee due to not enough grounds getting through. Additionally, the warmer stays on for 2 hours. If you finish coffee before that or are leaving the house, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it (requiring reprogramming again). If you press the power button, it just starts making another pot. Coffee is weak even on “strong” setting. We set on 4 cups and it still made a whole pot. It’s useless.

So far so good! Makes a remarkably smooth pot of coffee. Bean hopper and water reservoir are super convenient. We've had grind and brew machines before, but the burr grinder on this bad boy is a game changer. There's a little bit of a learning curve. So, be sure to RTFM.

So disappointed. Bought for my husband for his birthday, he loves fresh ground coffee. We’ve had problem after problem with the grinder. It worked well for about a week and then it’s kept stopping up. We’ve cleaned it multiple times and tried to trouble shoot. It’s too much work to fool with every morning so now he’s only getting the fresh ground on Saturdays when he has the time to mess with it to try and make it work. Would not buy again. Update for worse review. We’ve been trying to make it work for the last six months. It leaks everywhere, the grinder clogs constantly. Terrible.
