Q: how do you wash the pillows?

Thank you for your question. The cover is not removable and washable but you can spot clean the pillow with a mild non-toxic cleaner. If you choose, you may run the pillow through a washing machine on a gentle cycle and dry it in a dryer on a low heat setting, although it may take several cycles for the pillow to dry completely. Since there is no way for us to verify the suitability of your machine, we do not recommend washing or drying the pillow in any machine and doing so may void the pillow warranty.

Q: Is this the updated version with a zipper to adjust filling?

Hello. Thank you for your question. This is our first generation pillow. It does Not have a zipper and is Not adjustable. Our second generation pillow, with these features, is currently only available on the Layla Sleep website. We hope to sell our updated pillow in our Amazon store later this year.

Q: what pillowcase to use and still get the benefit of this pillow design?

I use a regular pillow case with no issues at all. Love this pillow!

Q: Can I buy a pillow case for this pillow?

I use a pillow case from a queen set.
