I had two separate issues when I ordered this product. One of my issues involved the item arrive thing broken based on shipping. The second issue is that the product does not work with my hair type. (My hair is course)1) shipping issues - when my box arrived, I opened it, and the spray nozzle and cap had been broken off during transit. I’m not sure if this occurred pre-packaging of the box or if it occurred as a result of the shipping company. However, without the spray nozzle, there is no way to get the contents of the can to spray.UPDATE- once I reported the condition that my item arrived in to Amazon, I was able to get another bottle shipped to me. Which arrived in good condition.2) not for course hair - I’ve tried to use this product on my legs twice for progressively longer periods of time with each use. I’ll come to the conclusion that is not meant for my hair type. I ended up having to go back and shave afterwards for all the hair that was missed. It was not removed. that completely defeats the purpose.

I ordered the product on subscription and received two bottles. The nozzle on both won’t work. I had to bin both with both of them having not used. I think the product is ok but when something like that happens it just goes to waste along with the money spent. I can’t say if it works like other leading products as I was unable to test it.

This does exactly what it says on the tin.

This product should be recalled used on back and burnt my back left of for reccomended time top half of back skins basically melted off
