A must have for Persona 5 fans
I immediately fell in love with Persona 5’s aesthetic. It’s smooth, jazzy, stands out with the stark red, black, and white color scheme, and really adds character to the game. So I knew shortly after getting introduced to this game that I had to get the book dedicated to just the art. It’s a big book, with over 400 pages of concept art, portraits, icons, promotional illustrations, and storyboards. Half of the book alone is dedicated to the Phantom Thieves and their Personas. Every Palace boss and confidant is featured as well, with each character getting at least three pages. There are creator’s comments sprinkled throughout and an interview with Shigenori Soejima at the back, but the text is all in Japanese and unfortunately I can’t read it, so I can’t comment on that aspect. This is a must-have for collectors of game art books and Persona 5 fans.

Ooh we can do this!!
Love P5R! The artwork in this book is so beautiful and clean! Also interesting to see the original designs for the characters and how they changed to become the P5 characters we love. My only regret is that I couldn't find one of these in English at a reasonable price. I started learning but I don't know Japanese well enough yet to be able to read it and understand. Otherwise, it's fun to look at!

Great book!
Arrived in excellent condition, the pictures are beautiful! A must have for any fan of Persona 5. Though I didn't actually realize it was the Japanese version of the 'The Art Of Persona 5' book. So now I own the book in English and Japanese. XD But that's on me. And this one actually has some more pages and some different pictures than the English one does. Great book for a decent price.

Great book
For some reason the Japanese version of this book is way longer than the English one, which is funny because theres not much Japanese in it at all, many bits are in English and there are some informative Japanese paragraphs here and there, but nothing that could ruin your enjoyment of the book by missing out on and at worst you could use google image translator.

Best Buy ever
This is AMAZING tbh I was expecting it to be smaller but no it’s bigger in person. Tbh I’m so speechless it’s funny. If u love love P5 YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED. If you haven’t finished the game then it will have some spoilers in it it doesn’t have an englis version so you can’t only buy the Japanese version. It wasn’t a breaker to me but I know it might be for others. You definitely get your money’s worth it’s about 600ish pages. I hope this helped. enjoy your p5 art book 😊😊😊

A must have for Persona 5 fans!
Incredibly, incredibly thorough - 500 pages is no joke! Keep in mind that it is in Japanese, though that doesn't detract much from an art book. The English art book (releases Sept 26) is smaller by about 100 pages. This book includes some full page illustrations at the front, followed by early stage/finalized character and persona profiles (protagonists, villains, and side characters). Then there's a section for miscellaneous things, like maps, tarot designs, and background images. Honestly, if the image was in the game, it's in this book (there's even a little section for all the stylized font in the game?!).All that being said, this book contains massive spoilers, so please purchase this with that in mind.

So awesome
Much bigger than I imagined. Nice coffee table book. VERY thick. Lots of good pictures and sketches. Interesting to see the evolution of certain characters (Yusuke used to have very long hair). Despite text being in Japanese you will still be able to enjoy 96% of this book. There are a couple of blurbs by the author and an interview in the back that you won't be able to read, but the images are great.I will probably buy the American version when it comes out in June, but I got impatient and purchased this in the mean time. Very recommended to fans that are too eager and can't wait like me!.

As expected
Bought this for artistic daughter. She definitely loved it. Pretty awesome to learn how P5 was created from the creators perspective
