Max 30 Amp Variac Variable Transformer - Output & 110VAC @ 60Hz input

Out of the Box this worked perfectly. Not intermittent wiper issues like other units have been reported to have. The unit feels pretty heavy duty to me. Nothing cracked or broken. It says Max 30 amp but it specifically comes with a 25 Amp fuse and is stamped for 25 Amps above the fuse port. This is fine with me personally as you cannot find another unit that can handle this power for this price. I doubt I will ever use 25 amps but it's nice to have it there if I want it.

Arrived in good condition, heavy and strong construction, I cut an extension cord and connected the plug side of the cord into the input posts and the power outlets on the output posts, I bought it to use it with 15 and 20 amps power tools, even when the tool current spike at the moment it is turned on this Variac handled it without any problem

Opened and tested on a bench top grinder. Seems to work ok. Kinda flimsy though. I feel like its going to fall apart at any moment.

It came with a cracked terminal and the meter was pushed in.. Packed well
