Works great! I used it every day and had no issues with the tufting gun. The trimmer that was included did stop working, but after reaching out to customer support from Besgeer, they were able to rectify the issue promptly and sent me a replacement! It was unexpected and I am grateful their customer service exceeded my expectations.
