Lectin free beans!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I buy this brand because they are pressure cooked which kills “lectins” if you follow Dr. Gundrys lectin free foods lifestyle you will be happy to eat beans again!!! Eden makes several other pressure cooked beans, all very good!!

Terrific Beans
Eden Foods soaks organic beans overnight, drains the water, then cooks the beans in pressure cookers. You are getting the highest quality beans. They cost a little more but are well worth it. My daughter and I love them. She 's not a big fan of high sodium foods so she likes the fact that these beans don't have added salt.

Perfect for Keto Dishes
I personally am not a soy fan however black soy beans are a whole different story. I have made multiple dishes with these making keto versions of many recipes. I highly recommend these.

I'm Crazy For These Beans! I Purchase A Dozen At A Time!
Eden Organic Black Beans are my favorite canned, black beans! I wish they were priced a lot lower. Whole Foods is selling them for 29.88 a case. They’re delicious and gorgeous. One of my favorite flavorful and healthy recipes: Pour out most of the liquid and toss the beans in a pot. Add organic cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and a hint of chipotle. Also toss in organic corn, diced red onion, red bell pepper, green onion, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, and fresh chopped garlic. Warm the ingredients on medium heat for approximately five to eight minutes. Don’t overheat or the ingredients will turn to mush. Once it’s cooked, top it with fresh avocado, lime juice, cilantro & mint. Toss all of the above ingredients plus avocado and chopped Romaine Lettuce over a crispy, corn, organic, tortilla, and you’ll have a lovely tostada. Add a bit of salsa and/or hot sauce and you’re good to go! No tortillas in the house? Scoop up the goodness with tortilla chips and top with salsa. Yum!BTW, Eden Foods is the only company that I know of that makes salt-free, organic, canned beans, without adding BPA(or the latest chemical hormone disrupter the EPA allows). It’s really important for us to support this company! And, I love Eden’s Garbanzo Beans for hummus.
