I have replaced my morning coffee with this and I enjoy the difference. I am not a caffeine drinker, just wanted a change from decaf coffee. I have a sensitive stomach and system. This has not disrupted and Not created a problem. Really enjoy the Vanilla Spice. I switch back and forth each day. On the original flavor days, I just add pure vanilla extract to give me the vanilla flavor. I also switch up and add pure peppermint extract as well. I have recommended to family and friends to try.
