You answered a question saying that the kit comes with two batteries and charger so does it come with?** A: It requires a battery, if you buy the kit it comes with two batteries and a charger. My charger was DOA out of the box which annoyed me, but I was able to use the charger from the tubing cutter I had previously purchased.
