Product itself is excellent. However arrived badly spilt.

Love the product, not pleased with packaging. EVERYTIME there is leakage, this time quite severe, lost a lot of product.

I usually buy this brand at Costco, cheaper to get it there than online but i was happy to save the trip there and suprised that it didn't make too bad of a mess. There was a little bit that leaked out of their leakproof tape but nothing to be concerned about!

Well it is thinner than my previous detergent but it seems to wash well. Has a nearly undetectable lavender fragrance right out of the bottle. I called the company regarding the ph. They claim it's between 6 & 7 which is ideal for not damaging natural fabrics like cotton & linen. Also fairly neutral for skin. I like that it has no enzymes. I used to use Heritage lavender detergent but it seems to be discontinued or is unavailable. This Eco is MUCH more reasonably priced. But, comparatively it's thin & watery with barely any detectable lavender fragrance. I would have to say so far the "cleaning" ability seems to be about equal. I have used the product now but had to double wash the load due to still lingering oder. It seems to rinse clean though with no lingering residue, which is very important to me. I will say after researching all components of this detergent & my old detergent, this ECO is FAR friendlier environmentally. And it costs much less. But I am unimpressed with it's ability to de-odorize. If ECO brand would significantly up the concentration of essential lavender oil, it would help me like it a lot more.

Product had leaked all over the shipping box. If we wanted to return it we had to pay for the shipping. You know how heavy these bottles are. Needless to say it was a rip-off.
