I purchased the NURSAL Wireless TENS Unit a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It's compact, easy to use, and incredibly effective for relieving my back and shoulder pain. The wireless design is super convenient, and I love that it comes with a remote control, switching between the 18 modes and adjusting intensity is a breeze. The gel pads are high quality and adhere well, and the dual host feature allows me to target multiple areas at once. It’s perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a long day or post-workout recovery. I also appreciate how quiet and discreet it is, I’ve even worn it under clothing while working! Overall, this TENS unit exceeded my expectations. Great value, great results, and great design. I’ve been using this wireless TENS unit for about 6 weeks now and it’s been pretty convenient for my routine. Having two separate units is nice since I can use one on my lower back and the other on my shoulder at the same time with different settings. The wireless design is definitely a game changer - no more getting tangled up in wires or being stuck in one position during sessions. The remote control is easy to use and having 18 different modes with 20 intensity levels gives plenty of options to find what works best. Battery life is solid, usually get about 10-12 hours of use before needing to recharge and the USB-C charging is convenient. The magnetic connection between the unit and pads feels secure and hasn’t come loose even when I’m moving around. However, the electrode pads are where this thing falls short. They start losing their stickiness after maybe 5-6 uses and then don’t stay attached properly, which is frustrating when you’re trying to get a good session in. I’ve already had to order replacement pads twice in 6 weeks which adds to the cost. Also noticed that the adhesive leaves some residue on my skin that takes scrubbing to get off. The intensity can get pretty strong on the higher settings which is good for deeper stimulation. Setup was straightforward with decent instructions. Does what it’s supposed to do but those pads really need to be more durable for the price point.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

He uses it every other day. I like that this machine is very easy to set up and it has a lot of different functions for different types of pain and sensitive area. It doesn’t get hot unless you put it on a fast settings. It is travel size do you can bring it anywhere

Works amazing. I had another brand but gave it to someone who needed it more. I got this one and boy, is it an upgrade! This one has lots of different pulses and patterns to chose from. This is helpful when treating different muscle areas needing slightly different innervations. The power range is amazing. You can really crank this up. The fact that is has two pads that can be controlled independently is great. And the remote makes operating this very easy. You can get the pad on hard to reach areas then tune it remotely. Very pleased with this purchase!

So I dropped one. It landed on the on/off switch. It is permanently ‘on’ now. That tiny switch is not going to pop back out. In general as they start to run out of juice, they act weird. The remote for sure does. You press the buttons and it lags, so you cycle past where you wanted to be. It lasts a long time. But as long as the wire kind, but good enough. MAJOR drawback are the pads. I don’t know what they are made with - maybe latex - but my GOD so they irritate your skin. Bumps all over and you can’t put them back on that spot for days. I can’t believe they even sell them. There’s no way they tested them. If they did they had to have said, “oh well - not a big deal- so what - some people will have skin issues. There is just no way they didn’t know. They sincerely need to change the pads.

I bought this wireless TENS unit to relieve muscle pain, and it's been wonderful. The pads are easy to place on different parts of the body and feel like a deep, very relaxing massage. It's ideal for those tense days, pain from poor posture, or even after exercising. The best thing is that it's wireless, so I can move around freely or use it while doing other things. It has several intensity levels and different massage modes, allowing me to adjust it to what I need at the moment. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. Since I've been using it, I've felt less muscle stiffness.

Wonderful. Easy to use. Pads are sticky, but just what is needed to stay in place. Could not be happier with this unit.
