藤川メソッド、藤川こてつでよく見るサプリ。 脂溶性ビタミンで身体の中にとどまりやすい、また油に溶ける性質があるため、食生活によっては過剰になりやすいです。 ただ、藤川メソッドと先生の理論では過剰になってもそれほど悪影響がないとのことで、自分は毎回定量とってます。 ちなみに藤川メソッドを分析してる鍼灸師のブログで、イチュウとケッカイという、ツボを刺激して血流をよくすることがあり栄養をきちんと運ばせるため、その鍼灸の効果をビタミンEで血管を強くして強制的に起こしてるのでは？との考察もありますが、栄養のジャンルは既存医療もありますが、日本以外の臨床データとの違いもあるため。 「納得」して使えるのが一番だと思います。

サイズ比較で写真を取りました。一番大きいのがこの商品のビタミンＥソフトカプセルで、同メーカーのビタミンＡソフトカプセルと、新ビオフェルミンＳ錠剤です。 私は他にもサプリを飲むので大きさは気になりませんでしたが、「デカいな…」という印象はありました。 まだ飲み始めて数日で効果は不明ですので、違いがわかってからまた追記したいと思います。

I received a bottle recently (my 4th purchase of it), and I was surprised to see "d-alpha tocopherol acetate" on the back label. You can see the correct label for yourself at the nowfoods web site. Even at the nowfoods site the label is confusing, because on the front it says "d-alpha tocopherol", but on the back it says "d-alpha tocopherol acetate". I had to contact NOW Foods to get the facts. NOW Foods reports that the product is d-alpha tocopherol acetate, and it always has been that form. So what is the difference? The acetate form is esterified with acetic acid, which results in a longer shelf life. The body is able to use both d-alpha tocopherol and d-alpha tocopherol acetate. But the uptake of d-alpha tocopherol is superior. In one animal study tissue levels of vitamin E were 3 to 4 times higher with the d-alpha tocopherol form. So, I'm increasing my dose, which lowers the value for money. My next order will be d-alpha tocopherol from another source. The physical product from NOW Foods is uniform in quality and easy to swallow. I've had no side effects. For those willing to trade shelf life for potentially lower uptake there's no problem.
