Does the job.
Killed algae and moss very quickly but left marks on patio so still had to jet wash!

Superb cleaning of sandstone flags
Had to leave a review for this. These limestone flags do go green over the winter even though its south facing. Gave them a good jetwash couple of weeks ago and then waited for a nice dry day. Sprayed with a garen sprayer and the recommended mix. Two weeks in and they stull seem to be getting cleaner by the day, incredible stuff, cant recommend enough!

Worked quickly
It worked very quickly to kill of moss. But I noticed patches returned after a day of rain (two days later). Other areas still dead.

Cleans paving well - slowly
It's easy to apply with a pump spray. It takes quite a few weeks to notice any difference but after several months the paving looks like new. Just be patient!

The product works but does not give longer term protection as promised, and needs to be used regularly on all surfaces that get a lot of rain.

I returned it as it did not remove stains on stone patio.I am told bleach is better and cheaper and no mess

Does a Good Job of the Patio
Twice used last few years did an excellent job on cleaning up a dirty green patio. Looks like new again.
