Missing hardware for installation and DIY instructions
The swing and 2 ropes were sent ..We didn't receive the hooks to hang in the ceiling for installation...kindly advise..also share the DIY instructions

Not Good, look for some other seller
Only wooden board looks good rest only ropes and one foam sheet and 2 hooks or very small size, which can accommodate only one round of ropes, were give by seller . I had to buy hooks from outside. Totally different from what I ordered.
