These are plant derived minerals from ancient grass fields. These are the building blocks of our bodies. I also take the plant derived calcium. Our bodies use 97% of this. Regular calcium is ground rock which we only use 3% of.

Package arrived quickly and in good condition. Bottle properly sealed and the product looks clear and good. The cherry flavor is much better than the plain. I just started using it so I'm not sure I'll get the health results I'm hoping for, however I feel confident as it's been recommended by very trusted naturopath. Very easy to drink plain or with water or juice. I put it in filtered water however I think in the future I'll be drinking it plain.

I've been taking cheri-mins on and off for about 10 years. Great taste! Seems to help my hair grow, which is an added bonus. Give it 4 stars, as it is somewhat pricey.
