I've been using these since Aug 2025 and could not live without them now. Quality of sleep is vastly improved, snoring is gone and best of all, I never wake up with a dry mouth. I had an issue with the latest delivery where there was too much glue, usually these don't leave a residue on my skin but the last ones did. After a few days they responded and more than resolved my issue. Cruically they confirmed the recipe hadn't change, the issue I had was a one-off. So if you too notice they're leaving a residue, this is not typical. Reach out to support on their website, they were very helpful to me.

I’ve tried a few different mouth tapes, and these are easily the most comfortable so far. The cotton material feels soft and doesn’t irritate the skin, and the adhesive is strong enough to stay put all night without feeling harsh when you take it off. They’ve genuinely helped me keep my mouth closed while sleeping, which means fewer dry mornings and noticeably calmer breathing. The beige colour is subtle, the pack reseals well, and you don’t feel like you’re sticking a giant plaster on your face. A straightforward, well-made product that does its job quietly and effectively. Would happily buy again.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel like I need to for this. I usually buy the black mouth tape, which was honestly great. They seem to have discontinued this colour and changed how they make these tapes. The plastic on the back of mine don’t peel off properly, leaving plastic pieces on the tape, rendering them useless. I’ve tried about 5 so far in the pack and they’re all the same. The smell is also terrible, smells of chemicals rather than anything close to lavender. Will have to move on and find some new tape similar to their discontinued range. Avoid.

This is my favourite mouth sleep tape so far — simple, effective, and genuinely improves my sleep. It’s a great tool for encouraging natural closed-mouth sleeping. There’s no sticky residue left behind, and it peels off easily (even in the dark) My teeth and tongue feel noticeably cleaner in the morning, I sleep more deeply, and it can be used to combat snoring too My only small complaint is the price — at £6.99, I do think they could include a few more in the pack. That said, for the quality, I keep coming back.

I don't often write lengthy reviews, but hopefully I can be helpful to anyone considering these. My expectations have been completely surpassed and I highly recommend them. Firstly, they are very stretchy and 'breathable'. I was expecting something quite dense, but they are super lightweight and give you opportunity to move your lips a little, finding a comfortable position even after application. The adhesive is very sticky and I was concerned about my lips. So, although the instructions say not to use moisturiser etc as it will reduce the effect of the adhesive, I actually do. I put a good amount of lip balm on just my lips then apply the patch, really pressing around my mouth. The adhesive is so good that it stays on all night just from the strength of the part that touches around my lips. This leaves my lips really moisturised too, like a little lip mask every night! I had worried about what would happen when my nose became blocked. However, somehow, having my mouth fully closed all night keeps my nose unblocked and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't fully understand the biology behind this but it must be to do with airways not drying out etc. Anyway, I can breathe easily through my nose all night and wake up refreshed. These have really changed my life. I don't heavily breathe through my mouth, I sleep considerably better and I'm also definitely seeing a subtle change in the definition of my chin and jaw through not having my mouth gaping open 8 hours a night! Give them a go!

This sleep tape feels a bit gimmicky, but I gave it a try. The adhesive isn’t too strong, and you can still breathe through the tape if your nose is blocked. It’s easy to apply, though it can occasionally slip off during sleep, and sometimes it dries out the lips a little. Overall, it works but with minor inconveniences.

I had tried many things to stop my snoring - I lost weight, wore nasal strips, tried a neoprene headset to keep my mouth closed, etc! I was VERY anti trying mouth tape as I was worried I wouldn’t get enough air through my nose. My wife bought me several brands to try, and I eventually and reluctantly agreed to give them a go. My fears were unfounded. These are very comfortable, the glue is just enough to keep them on but not too much so they still peel off without hurting delicate lip skin. I sleep fine with it on, I take a nasal spray before bed to make sure my nose stays clear and wear nasal strips. It has been a pretty painless change for me but has made a huge difference to my wife. She is sleeping much better and is much happier. The other brands I tried were not as good, one had glue that was so strong it ripped my lip and left sticky residue on my face that was hard to remove. So I have been your crash-test dummy, and taken the pain for you! These ones were the winners.

This mouth tape definitely helps reduce the amount of snoring, yet somehow I still defy all odds and am able to snore! My partner assures me its only a fraction of what it used to be, so all in all a positive outcome. I also like how I dont wake up with a dry mouth anymore, so 5*s for that! I have also tried 4-5 different brands, and this one seems to be the best one. I thought, how could tape cost so much!? Surely they are all the same? But no. This brand leaves the least residue when removing in the morning, and is much gentler on the skin. I have had to return the other brands - although they were half the price, they are half the quality and were painful to remove and left a huge black ring around my mouth in the morning. You get what you pay for!
