I bought this product more so for the container. I love how the lids are very user friendly, especially for those with dexterity issues. You can open them with one hand easily. And a great touch is the product name is nicely printed onto the lid of the herb/spice. I will be refilling this from a larger container. But product itself is very nice and adds a lot of flavor. It isn't too fine of a powder that is it up in the air.

This is the first time I received a McCormick seasoning with the new lid. I'm not sure if this helped it to maintain a better flavor, but I have to say the bottle I received was excellent quality. It tasted very fresh and I definitely think it was a good buy for the money. It tasted much better than the generic brands.

Good seasoning for most meats! Great on hamburger and steak. Worth the price anytime.

I have a larger Mccormick bottle where the spice keeps hardening and I have to break it up so I think the smaller bottles are best unless you use it dally. And I think in general Mccormick is overpriced as I can find the genetic Meijer brand for half the cost and notice zero difference in quality or taste. But both were out at the store and I don't like taking chances online. I'd rather pay a little more and go with a brand I trust. Personally I'd say you're better off getting your spices at the store but if you're going to go online, this was the same good quality that I knew they provide

Being a bit of an onion fanatic, i use this in most everything (not oatmeal, though) -- especially good when i don't feel like getting all teary-eyed chopping the real little dickens-es ! The flavor is excellent, even though it's a little on the pricey end of the spectrum. Beats a lot of other brands i've tried !
