Sanctuary

This CD is the absolute favorite in my Tai Chi class during meditation time. Everyone loves the rhythmic chants. It is very calming.

I listen to OM Sanctuary every morning as I am getting ready for work! It's primary purpose I am sure is for seated meditation (which would be great), but I do not find the time for seated meditation during the busy morning. I do, however, find that while I am getting ready for work, listening to OM puts me in a peaceful state of mind, which is a great way to start the day! It would also be good to play during a restorative or yin yoga class! Thank you OM!

This cd is mesmerizing! Brilliant for taking you away from reality for over an hour. I go so deep in my meditation, it is amazing. The key, I believe is the repetitiveness and no sudden sounds - it all flows from start to finish.

We liked this cd probably because we find that the Om sound resonates with us. Good for meditation if you like Om.
