I just want to say, this exceeded my expectations for the price. I am super happy with my purchase. I ditched Windows and put Linux (Omarchy) on mine. The machine hardware does have a few scuffs and very minor cosmetic defects from pior usage, such as the track pad coating warn down a bit, but 100% functional. It arrived clean, in perfect working condition and excellent battery life. I appreciate the RAM being advertised to 16GB, to be soldered on, leaving the remaining slot open for later upgrade. This was very important to me. Also, the aftermarket SSD added to the machine helps make it run fast. Also appreciated. I was shocked to discover the display was actually a touch screen on mine, and the colors are beautiful, high resolution. Stunning display. The keyboard shows no signs of needing replacement, in fact, a real joy to type on. The only issue I had was the main USB-C port is worn from usage, but I will be replacing that. I can charge the laptop on either of the USB-C ports so that didn't matter much. Put my YubiKey Nano 5C iin that wobbly port instead, which works perfect in my scenario. Overall, it's hard to beat a well priced, used Thinkpad as a machine I can confidently take with me in my travels and not have to worry about it. Obviously already battle tested. Worth every penny.

Its a fantastic machine. Very user friendly. Battery life is perfect for what I do. Its also touch screen which in the business I am in really helps. I use it strictly for business no casual scrolling, no social media, no gaming. I follow breaking news for specific sectors and have downloads of certain apps I need for my business. Obviously I cannot comment on the things I don't use it for, but its an absolute beast for my needs. Super fast. I also look at it as having 3 mouses you have the standard finger mouse pad. You have the actual mouse in the red dot and then the touch screen mouse as well. This is mentioned because sometimes we can be a little off with the mouse pad and standard mouse so the touch screen comes in to play a great deal when I must make split second decisions. Not that theres any delays with the others just more human error. So I absolutely love having three options. It makes a really big difference. As with anything its all in what youre looking for. I did many deepsearches with @grok to find this laptop. Also I must give a ton of love to the refurbisher because this runs like its brand new. Now I havent had a long period of time to say it will stay like this for years, but so far I would say if I need another computer in the future I'd be confident enough to say I'll purchase again from the same refurbisher. It was packed very well. It came with everything (it has a pen hole, not sure if this model comes with one, not a big deal if it does as its a simple purchase.) Its just a great laptop that fits my needs exactly (do your due dillegence with ai)

I purchased this product on May 3rd, and it has recently stopped working. This was a refurbished computer, and that was not disclosed when I bought it. I am trying to return the laptop or get a new one. The warranty ended way before I purchased the computer. I took it to Geek Squad and they cannot fix it. It will not turn on and has had a hard resest three times and worked fine afterwards for a day.

In great condition. Works fine, came as expected. Love it. Edit. Everything was working fine until I decided to double tap and hold the touchpad to drag a folder, the touchpad is now stuck at this prompt and tries to select and highlight even when I am simply just moving the mouse. This s***ks, I have tried everything possible but it doesn't work.

Pretty decent build, but unfortunately the "A" key/keycap arrived broken and falls right off the keyboard. It will not snap into place or attach properly. It's a pretty easy fix, if I can get a new keycap & mount... The refurbished computer seems to work just fine otherwise, except for the keyboard, and I'd really rather not have to return the whole machine over one broken key... Any help, LAPRO?

I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished laptop on Amazon, but it has been a few months now and everything is working great. It was well-cleaned and had gotten a hard reset...setup was smooth. I am very happy with my purchase. Not a big fan of Windows 11, but that isn't the fault of the seller or the laptop itself.

Day 1: 5 stars. Excellent condition. Battery was around 90% capacity and the storage was non OEM but everything works great. This is a light weight device folks. Very portable and quite sturdy. Powershell confirms all the specs. Btw it's an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1145G7 @ 2.60 GHz if there's any confusion and there is one DIMM RAM slot so it should be upgradeable though beware voiding the warranty.

Llevo 6 meses con el equipo y no ha presentado ninguna falla, funcionamiento al 100 porciento, ninguna falla, la batería está en un 70 porciento de su vida útil, obviamente presenta detalles estéticos, pero nada que altere su funcionamiento.

Cuando llegó la laptop, tuve un problema para usarla e iniciarla, me conecte a una red WiFi y me pedía que asociará una cuenta de una empresa, tuve que reiniciarla (no recuerdo cómo lo hice) e iniciarla sin internet, solo así pude entrar "sin cuenta". Fuera de eso, hasta el momento todo bien, la laptop llegó sin defectos aparentes, la uso como estación portátil para visualización de proyectos y empezar algunos otros, soy estudiante diseñador industrial, y programas como AutoCAD e Inventor los ha corrido bien, me falta probar Fusion 360 para estar completamente satisfecho, llevo al rededor de 2 semanas y el único "detalle" que le he encontrado es que la entrada Tipo C para la carga está floja, ya que en momentos se "desconecta".
