The product was found to be very useful but stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Purchased on 5th April 2025 and stopped working on 29.05.2025. Refused to switch on at all. But the customer support was quick to try troubleshooting and replacing it immediately when troubleshooting didn't work. Updated on 17.08.2025: The frame is cheap plastic and cracked within 2 months of replacement without any physical abuse. I was informed by customer care that physical damage is not covered under warranty. Very convenient while it lasted, but quality issues need to be addressed. Downgraded my earlier rating from 5* to 1*...

Although the product is good but I can’t tell this a great product , because the price is a little high then my pocket , comfort is fine , sound quality is great , call quality is fine to functionality is fine and weight is a pillar heavy then a normal glass fine by me

I'm giving this review after 6 months of extensive usage: At first glance this smart glass looked as a perfect one: everything you can need possibly from an eyewear!!! What's not in there?? Stylish look, hassle free bluetooth calling, listening music and with photochromatic lens which turn mild-brownish with Sun!!!! Everything is included in one single Specs.. But after using it for a week, the first problem arose. The smart glass creates pressure on both cheeks after use of 1 hour. When customer care team called to check how it feels ( which really impressed me), I told them the issue and they acknowledged instantly about the shortcoming. I ignored this painful nuisance. After a month the volume level when receiving calls dropped dramatically low. But ok I still tried to cope up with. Final nail on the coffin came when one fine morning, one of the handles broke suddenly. I couldn't find out the reason. I loved this glass dearly and kept it as safe as I possibly could. Still how!!! Contacted customer team and they as per my expectations naturally denied any assistance on this. So I took the smart glass to a local electronic optical repair shop. And to my surprise what they found??? The pin, which binds the handle with the frame totally got 'Rusted' which caused the plastic part and the circuit inside to break apart. So I thought all of this because of using poor material, which can get rusted just from daily use, just from my sweat?? I hurriedly contacted customer team to discuss the issue. But not to my expectations this time they denied any fault on their part and tried to blame me!! But I can assure you guys whoever is reading this review must be aware that a 2.4k range smart glass doesn't have a simple stainless steel pin in it!!! How weird can this be?? Definitely this frame will break within 6 months to 1 year depending upon daily usage time from my experience. I used it for daily 3-4 hours. So, I am not going to buy smart glass from this brand ever, who use poor material in their products and deny to compensate or offer any help to the customer. Costly mistake from my side!! You guys whoever is thinking on buying this, simply DON'T. It'll waste your money and cause pain on cheeks for whole day. Volume will also lessen within a month. All a gimmick!!! Next, you guys to decide.
