Perfect for home Gym Sessions
Really useful for my home gym sessions. I have small hands and it is perfect for Russian Twists.

Research sizes before you buy. Great product.
It was difficult to understand how big these balls were at what weights, I brought the wrong size.

Robust but liquid filled
The ball is reasonably grippy with a little bit of give and apparently robust. The only surprise I had is that it is apparently filled with a liquid gel- I've personally only ever worked with those filled with sand and I find this gives a slightly different take on the exercises because it seems to challenge my balance and co-ordination a bit more so this could do with being put in the description (I didn't query this with the company though, so I'm not going to demote the product rating for that alone). Delivery was prompt.

Smells funny but good ball
I like my medicine ball. It has a squishy feel, and is comfy when I squat on a bosu with the ball between my legs.

... it made an awful sound and now it sounds like theres something like glass inside moving around
My trainer and I were using this ball (I'm new to this form of training) and when we bounced the ball off the floor it made an awful sound and now it sounds like theres something like glass inside moving around. Obviously not very safe and definitely shouldn't be used in this form. It was ok for moving around my body but not as part of impact training.
