Apple Barrel Acrylic Paint in Assorted Colors (2 oz), 21465, Candy Pink

I bought a ton of colors because the price went way down. I'm not going to review them one by one, so here is a collective review for all the Apple Barrel paints. I've used this brand acrylic paint for over 20 years. The paint is awesome. I believe it's mostly non toxic, tho I would advise against eating it. The colors are vibrant and stay that way. I have rocks that I painted 10 years ago that still look great, even some of the ones that were outside! I just recently began crafting with polymer clay. This is a new medium to me and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Sometime pieces need to be painted so naturally I grabbed my Apple Barrel paints and went to town. The paint sticks to the polymer clay great! It looks really good too. I will attach a picture of some miniature food I made for my dollhouse out of polymer clay and was painted with Apple Barrel paint. The ruler in the picture is centimeters. There's pretzels, croissants, bread, and crackers in the picture. I really appreciate all the colors this company offers as well. I know you can mix your own colors but this is so nice to have it already mixed in a bigger quantity than one time use, esp if you're like me and want to come back and paint something else the same color, you don't have to worry about matching the color if it's all from the same batch. And at the time of this writing, a huge majority of the colors are at such a great price you really can afford to get all the colors you need. When you're done working on your project, clean up is real easy with this stuff as well. I've never had to use anything stronger than just soap and water to get it off my hands. I have found this paint definitely will stain clothes, so make sure you don't wear something you don't want stained forever! As far as surfaces I painted on, I just lay down newspaper or a silicone mat and there are no problems at all with cleanup. *This is just for the defective bottle: I have used Apple Barrel paints for 20+ years and I usually get A+ product. This one either was bad product or a defective bottle, or both. It was obviously packed after it already started leaking. None of the other bottles in the entire package had issues at all - just this one. Picture is attached so you can see. Other than this I really think Apple Barrel products are fantastic and definitely highly recommend. I didn't bother with a return because Amazon actually wanted me to drive to the UPS store to return it... A 50 cent bottle of paint. It would've cost more in gas to drive to the place. I'll get over it. It was only one out of more than 20 bottles I ordered to have an issue.

Received it quickly and with no leaks. When I used it, the paint was the perfect consistency. I love this color, it is very vibrant. Apple barrel paint is great because it mixes up nice and is an awesome price for the size. I love to use this brand on the crafts I make. I will definitely be buying more!!

Great Paint. Very Pigmented! It wasn't too thick, and it covered everything! It was easy to use.

Good paint, pretty color

Dried before I could use it much but that’s on me. It was a pretty color for what little I used it for though, which was a tiny duck bill and tiny ducky feet on my 3yo’s toy boxes. The consistency is decent and not a lot of smell. The thickness is good, too. Not so thick that it takes forever to dry but not so thin that you need a bunch of coats to get it how you need it. The texture is slightly powdery when it dries, and it lasted a while. Overall I’ll probably keep using this brand because it’s inexpensive and decent quality for price. And I don’t feel cheated if I can’t use it much and it dries out.
